Is Lucky Block legit? The company and licence timeline

Asking whether Lucky Block is legit means asking three smaller questions: who runs it, which licence it shows and whether it pays. The first two can be answered from documents, so this page sets out the company and licence record year by year.

Rhys PenhallowBy · updated 14 October 2026

Short answer. Lucky Block is a working crypto casino and sportsbook, run in October 2026 by 3-102-939604 Limitada of Costa Rica. Its licence line has changed: Curaçao in the 2022 terms, an Anjouan seal in March 2026, Tobique 0000097 in July and Tobique 0000111 in October 2026. Ask live chat for the holder and number that apply to your account.

Few crypto casinos publish as much about who runs them as they change about who runs them. Lucky Block is a clear case. Between its launch in 2022 and October 2026 it has named three operating companies and four licence statements, and older write-ups that still rank for its name mostly repeat the earliest one. So this page does not give a verdict. It gives a timeline you can check against the footer yourself.

What "legit" is made of

For a crypto casino the question breaks into three parts, and each has a different kind of evidence.

  • Identity: is there a named company, with an address, behind the site?
  • Licence: does the site state a licence, and can the number be matched to a holder?
  • Conduct: does it pay, and does it follow its own terms?

Identity and licence are documents. Conduct is behaviour, and no page can show it directly; what can be read are the terms and the cashier rules. The sections below stick to the first two and then point to the cashier rules that bear on the third.

The company and licence lines sit in the footer of the Tobique version of the site. A Costa Rican company registration is a business registration, not a gambling licence, and the casino does not say otherwise.

What a player can check

  1. Open the footer and read the company name and any licence line. Copy them.
  2. Match the company name to the terms page. The company in the terms is the party your account agreement is with.
  3. Ask live chat for the licence holder and number that apply to your account, and keep the reply.
  4. Compare the number and holder with the footer. A number is only as useful as the lookup behind it, so ask for the holder's name as well.
  5. Read the withdrawal and verification rules before depositing; the Lucky Block withdrawal page lists them.

The company named in your terms

A company can run more than one brand, and complaints go to the company named in your own terms. The October 2026 footer names a different company from the July 2026 footer, so note the name on the day you sign up.

Impersonators

Casinos with a recognisable name draw lookalikes. The official domain is luckyblock.com, with its casino, whitepaper and promo subdomains. Check the address bar before you sign in. The support channels the casino names are live chat, its help and complaints addresses and its Telegram channel; see the Lucky Block Telegram page for how to tell the official channel from copies.

Three habits cover most impersonation. Support never needs your seed phrase or private key. Nobody should ask for a fee sent to a personal wallet to release a withdrawal. And a bonus offered in a private message is not an offer from the casino.

What the cashier rules say about conduct

Conduct cannot be read from a footer, but the rules a casino writes for itself can be. The cashier requires two-factor authentication for withdrawals and can stop a request with a verification step that asks for ID and then proof of address. The terms give a standard cap of €150,000 per rolling 30 days, and Lucky Block's payments page says a typical crypto request takes about five minutes.

None of this proves how a given payout goes. It does show that the casino writes down its checks, names its cap and gives a time, which a reader can hold it to. Two points need care: the cashier gives two answers about fees, and bonus caps differ between promotional banners. Both are covered on the Lucky Block bonus page and in the withdrawal guide.

Questions to put to live chat before you deposit

A licence line is only as useful as the answers behind it. Six short questions turn the footer into something you can hold the casino to, and each answer is worth saving as a screenshot with its date.

QuestionWhy it mattersWhat to keep
Which company is my account agreement with? The company in the terms is the party you would complain toThe company name and the date of the reply
Who holds the Tobique licence and under which number?A number without a holder cannot be matched to anyoneHolder, number and date
What is the withdrawal cap on my account? The terms say €150,000 per rolling 30 days, €500,000 for VIPThe figure and the date
Does a fee apply to my coin? The cashier gives two answers on feesThe amount and the coin
Which documents will you ask for, and when? The terms allow a check at registration, at withdrawal or on unusual activityThe list of documents
Is the bonus I see the bonus on my account?Banners can show other caps than the sign-up screenA screenshot of the sign-up screen

Reading the footer on the day you sign up takes a minute. Copy the company name, the licence body and the number into a note with the date. If any of the three changes later, as they did between March, July and October 2026, you will see it immediately instead of discovering it when you need to make a complaint. The same habit works for the cap and the fee line. The terms state €150,000 per rolling 30 days, and the cashier gives two answers on fees. Neither is hidden, but they only help if you write down which text you read and when. If a dispute ever arises, a dated screenshot of the sign-up screen, the footer and the chat reply is worth more than a memory of what the page said.

How to read a licence line

A licence line has four parts worth separating: the body named, the number, the holder and the place where the visitor is shown it. Lucky Block's October 2026 footer gives the body (Tobique Gaming Commission), the number (0000111) and the holder (3-102-939604 Limitada). That is more detail than the March 2026 seal, which gave none of the three.

If you are asked to rely on a licence, ask for the holder's name as well as the number, because a number without a holder cannot be matched to anyone.

Responsible play

Whether a casino is legit does not decide whether it is good for you to play. Set a deposit limit and a time-out before the first bet, treat the balance as the cost of the evening, and stop if play stops being fun.

Questions people ask

01Is Lucky Block legit?

It is an operating crypto casino with a named company in its footer and a Tobique licence number. Its company and licence have both changed within a year, so the record on this page lets you judge each part yourself.

02Who owns Lucky Block?

The footer names 3-102-939604 Limitada, Costa Rica. In July 2026 it named 3-102-937894 Limitada, with a Cyprus payment agent. The 2022 terms named Entretenimiento Rojo B.V. of Curaçao.

03What licence does Lucky Block have?

In October 2026 the footer shows Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000111. The July 2026 site showed 0000097, the March 2026 site an Anjouan seal and the 2022 terms Curaçao 5536/JAZ.

04Why do some sites still say Curaçao?

Because Curaçao was the licence in the 2022 terms, and older write-ups repeat it. The footer in October 2026 shows Tobique, so use the footer, not an older description, as the document.

05How can I check the Tobique licence?

Ask live chat for the licence holder and number that apply to your account, and compare them with the footer. A number without a holder cannot be matched to anyone, so ask for both and keep the reply.

06Are there fake Lucky Block sites or accounts?

Impersonation is common around crypto casinos in general. The official domain is luckyblock.com with its own subdomains; pages with a country suffix or extra letters are lookalikes. Support never asks for a seed phrase, and no one may charge a fee to release a withdrawal.
